A typical gym would consist of all of this equipment. Many benches in different configurations for different muscle groups, bulky weigh racks in awkward positions and A LOT OF SPACE.
With the Skyhooks system and the addition of a 0-90° bench you can have a complete gym that eliminates the need for all of the equipment shown on the left. With many safety attachments and completely adjustable weight racks there is less risk of injury from excercize and from simply adding or removing weight from your barbell.
