The System
The Skyhooks™ System is like no other fitness equipment on the market today. When expanded it gives you a full free weight system that includes many items normally purchased separately. As with any free weight training we recommend the use of a spotter for safety. For added protection the Skyhooks™ System has many safety features and stops built in. These safety features are fully adjustably making the Skyhooks™ System one of the safest most versatile systems on the market today.
Collapsed
The Skyhooks™ System easily collapses to slide along the I-beam it is installed on. The complete system can be stored away against a wall and takes up less than two square feet of space. One of the best features of this system is that it can be completely set up or stored against a wall in less than 5 minutes.
Expanded
The Skyhooks™ System can be set up to target every muscle group during workouts. The ease of adjustments, safety features and design of the system make change-overs quick and easy allowing you to focus on your workout.

Work Out
The Skyhooks™ System allows many configurations. With the optional 0 - 90° bench every free weight exercise can be performed. For squats the system includes a safety attachment (not shown here). This attachment can be adjusted and also used for tricep dips and crunches.
